Noel Gallagher interview with Guardiola

And Noel did a much better job than I think any journalist would. Had a natural and by-the-fans approach to it. Asked the right questions. Though at one but I rather him let Pep finish about what More he had to say about the women's team.

barm or muffin would have been icing on the cake

For fans of Italian gangster epic series ' GOMMORRA' Pep is the spit of major bad ass ' Ciro'...just a thought.

"I'm...Noel Gallagher...and I'm...going...to ask...my....questions...really...slow...ly" *gesticulates wildly"
I think that Noel was genuinely in awe. He was like an excited school kid meeting his first crush.
It was a nice interview though, lighthearted and a good way to see Pep in a relaxed atmosphere.
They'll be plenty of time to see him in front of the mainstream media where things will be a bit edgier, but for an informal welcome aimed at us blues it was decent enough.

no, just poking fun at Noel. Champagne Supernova would be a prog rock hit if the lads had sung it at the pace Noel asks interview questions.

This is Pep Guardiola walking up to the Etihad, walking into our offices, people!!!! It just blows me away, and he hasn't even done anything yet. Don't care what he says, he can talk total gibberish as far as I'm concerned.
Something tells me I am definitely not in Kansas any more. Toto.

It was decent but I wish Noel would ask the question and then give Pep time to answer before responding. He seemed to wait for the start of his sentence and then talk over the top of him.

Love that interview Noel was excellent in asking questions the fans wanted to ask and allowed Pep to talk openly rather than your standard generic question and Gael'd response.

If players don't want to run their arse off and fight for every ball under Pep then there's something wrong with them. The guy just inspires.

I just wish Noel would let him speak more or let him finish his sentences and he also spent far too much time on trying to coax Pep to praise the Premier League, all the usual tricks the media does whenever a new player/manager comes to england i didn't expect him to do it. But other that that it was a good interview.

I think he fell in love with him too. Along the lines of those occasions where you fancy someone and talk constant bollocks in front of them because you're embarrassed they'll find out you like them.

Didnt enjoy it half as much as I thought due to Noel overpowering personality I guess,
It is a good idea in retrospect, but I dont think it played out as well as thought
I think pep was taken aback by the full on nature of the interview. Digs at united were always expected etc, but I just wanted to hear Pep talk..
I cringed at one point when he interrupted him to ask if he had asked other managers about the premier league half way through pep was answering the initial question,

Me being picky of course, but I think the nature of chris baileys interview with Khaldoon would've suited this better, and maybe noel tackling Khaldoon would've been more of a laugh and insight for us lot; as the end of season interviews are (probably rightly so) very intense and professional..

Thought it was good. Don't like that he's only with us for 3 years but I'm sure we'll all want him out after 2 anyway cos we are CITY!
