noisy neighbours - who to contact?

got some neighbours across the way who insist on letting their three kids (aged 6-9) screaming in their garden at all hours. was 1am sat night they we're at it! not so bad when i'm not up for work on a sunday, but it happens til 11ish weekdays. got a bit more pride in myself not to sit on my arse claiming benefits like these, and i'm up at 6am to earn a crust. so could do without the noise pollution.

beginning to piss a few people off now, so who's the best people to contact?

Environmental Health and Private Housing at the Town Hall/Council. If you're in private housing contact the landlord also.

We wrote to Stringer about our neighbours and he contacted all the correct authorities for us.
