Manu Carreño of @telecincoes claimed at the start of Spain/Czech that City are a step away from signing Barca target Nolito (29) from Celta.

Not gonna lie never seen him play so little basis to this but don't fancy us signing a 29yr old who's hardly pulled up trees.

Other people might know more about him.
