Nilmar off to Internacional for 5 million euros apparently and they look to be in for a few more players. He would of been a good option for us at that price, but I suppose one possibility is that they are preparing for a sell; Tim Vickery reckons money problems may force their hand when it comes to letting go of either Oscar or Leandro Damião. Both good players who could do a job for us and develop into class players, there should n't be any problems with getting a work permit as they both have caps for selecao.

Vertonghen has been scouted so many times and we were probably not convinced. A very good player but might not be a fit at City.

very strange it was only spurs very interested in him if he's so good... lot of talk about him but basically only them showed any directness to bring him.

I haven't watched him at all but I guess there would be more interest in him for that price if he really would be so good.
