The whole argument about not letting regimes with unhinged leaders have nukes is kinda null.
They were the days.TBF, Great Britain has a history of that as well. The sun never sets on the British Empire, and all that.

It's all very chemical Ali.
Unless it's implied from other linked posts further up, there is nothing mentioning or implying that in your post I quoted.
I'm not so sure on the Gulf Wars mentioned, they should have removed Saddam first time though I'd agree. The 2nd yes you can say what happened afterwards but it was pretty efficient until they decided to leave it to the mob.
They were the days.
It would be nice if people had no armaments and got along but I'm not sure it is possible. Tribal warfare has gone on for thousands of years. It is almost a human pastime.Jus to go slightly off topic.
With all this talk of possible nuclear annihilation, as we have 2 people who may even consider it as a form of attack rather than as a deterent would it be cheeky to suggest old Jezza's talk of global dissarmament isn't such a daft idea after all.
I'm not denying history. I think GB is far from perfect, but it has come to realise that the exploitation of a country and its people for nothing other than financial fulfilment is morally reprehensible.TBF, Great Britain has a history of that as well. The sun never sets on the British Empire, and all that.
