Is there any way for the fan park at the front of the North stand to be extended? Since I saw the plans I always thought the capacity at 3/4k was too low.

Another brilliant video. Thank you @cpoverview. Some observations to note:

4:11 - The lines on the video are clearly not parallel with the middle section of the roof (between beams 6 and 7) but given that the drone is not exactly centered I'm still not convinced that this is anything other than optical distortion rather than an actual construction 'error' that needs to be fixed
6:54 - There is a new sail that has appeared on the west side of the hotel facing into the fan zone
7:50 - I think its fairly clear now that the scaffolding in the SW corner is completely different from that in the SE corner so it's NOT for a 4th screen
11:28 - It certainly looks like (from the brilliant aerial view) the temporary yellow supports for the quadpods are on rails that means they can slide backwards (i.e. towards the fan zone) from where they can be removed vertically by the cranes
12:34 - Is that the final finish of the brickwork or is Neil going to come along and do some Point'n? (I'll get my coat)

I believe that the new Premier league rules are that all grounds require two studios for broadcasters, wondering if that’s what the scaffolding is for, it’s obviously not a fourth screen

That's going to be some view of a full North stand, not only for our players, but for the away players as well.

There's going to be some noise and atmosphere coming from both ends of the Etihad, especially on derby day, and for the big PL and CL games.
