North Stand Construction Discussion

Villa Have had a hotel since 1897. The Oxford United holiday inn is handy as you can drink just before the game and just after right on the door step with parking included. You used to go in the Chelsea on from the Shed Bar 20 years ago until they banned away fans, the toilets were in the hotel reception with none in the bar so you had to. A pint was cheaper in the Shed Bar than the ground.

It isn't the best location for city centre attractions but it undeniable that hotel prices have greatly outstripped inflation since 2021 which supports viability even if there is a slump on the football side. The hotel built at Old Trafford was a disaster, demolished after 17 years and a much better one constructed. LCCC were not ambitious enough with the original.
