For this to work a number of the vociferous fans in the existing singing areas need to move. This si the most imprtant aspect of it. It doesn't matter if plenty don't - that could even work well as they take the lead from the new end and join in - but it matters that initially a good number do. The club need to incentivise this in my opinion.Just a thought - if they're implementing a 7k tier with rail seating, basically another singing section, what then happens to the current south stand? Do we think we will find 7k more people from other areas of the ground that want to create an atmosphere and move to this end or do people from the south stand then move to the north stand leaving the south stand flatter than currently?
