It's actually closer to Lime Street station than either Goodison or Anfield, about 40 mins walk compared to 50-55 mins.Bet it will be a nightmare to get away from after a game.

It is. When @pride in battle first claimed it, I had a go at 'fact checking' it. It will be the biggest hotel in Manchester, by number of bedrooms (400). The next biggest coming are 357 and 338. After that it drops significantly. There are taller hotels, or bigger in area, but by number of rooms it will be the biggest, out of anything currently proposed. As far as I have been able to see.

Beats having the biggest floodlights though I doubt I'll be able to afford the room rates!Thats amazing from the club!

so would the hotel, fan zone cafes, bars etc all fall under club revenue or CFG?
My understanding is the club. But happy to defer to those that know more.
I was thinking more about road traffic. It's actually closer to Lime Street station than either Goodison or Anfield, about 40 mins walk compared to 50-55 mins.
watch, dance, sing, eat, shop, experience, play or something like that.Welcome to the neighbourhood. (I can’t read the writing under the headline)
Abu Dhabi and the UAE generally are ground breaking, futuristic and practical in most things they do.Brilliant! They really are investing to be the best at everything? It truly will be and look amazing.
That vile club, and its leaking, vermin infested shit hole midden, are in reality a physical & cultural combination of stretford/salford (neither of which have ever been in Manchester). Its the Metropolitan Brough of Trafford part of Greater Manchester combined authority combines the towns
of Altrincham, Stretford, Urmston, Partington and Sale.

Old Trafford as you rightly say was, a distinct of Stretford which became a council in 1894 Thus proving that the rags upon formation and move to the current dump haven't been part of Manchester
But is it "great minds think alike" or "fools seldom differ"?Thanks that was what I thought it was
