So I have noticed that in all of this City seem to have missed the small one block extensions to the 3rd tier of East and West stands at the North Stand (like they did for the South Stand Extension) - they won't add much in the grand scheme of things BUT they would have been enough to get the stadium capacity properly over 62,000 and past the Klanfield and Spuds totals. I wonder why they've not done this?

Maybe they were part of the overall corner structures somewhat which aren’t being touched with the North Stand.

It’s really hard to see from these photos: The extra blocks weren’t part of the corner construction, they were built as a steel extension to the third tier. Access was a lot easier though, as the entire corner was removed during construction.

Interesting, that will get the pages rolling on the thread again! The more I've thought about it, the more I expect to see it being some additional season tickets and then a lot of matchday members. Shop/fan zone all part of things that side of the ground, makes sense (from a business perspective) to capture those fans in that area where they can splash the cash and boost revenues. But we will see.
