North Stand Construction Discussion

Ffs my seat is two rows further back (rowH) than shown on that second photo. Looks like I’ll be behind the screen with no view of it. Also will impact on my view and banter with the away fans on L3 of the South Stand. Gutted!
Think that’s sealed the deal to move to the new North Stand.View attachment 159812
Same, I'm on row j. Good fun with the away fans when they bother bringing the 3rd tier

Once the old roof is completely down I might do the stadium tour just to get some pictures of the new North stand and new 2nd tier from inside the Etihad. I'll try and breakaway from the tour for a bit. ;-)

I'm doing a GoFundMe page. It's only £26. :-) (only joking)
i think walk round at own pace now or planned to be gets more punters through

Probably be down by Mon 23rd or that week at least.

Posted previously about the clever use of the temporary support by including a pivot to ease the removal of the sections meaning less working at height they have also used the yellow cherry picker tracking as structure to support the lift and removal Lots of thought and planning has gone into this project

Modern civil engineering is extraordinary, human ingenuity at it's best, it's amazing the span of our species mental capicity, from the genius to the drooling divs and morons that infest social media

As you say.

The SISK guy was saying they were learning new techniques and new ways of doing things as the build goes along.
