The club are fucking useless. What’s the point of City Matters when you’re not allowed to share anything? No offence to you, based on your Istanbul report you clearly give a shit

I am usually able to share quite a bit (see latest post on the season ticket thread), but the club have been very concerned around confidentiality with the North Stand - perhaps justifiably given commercial interests. That said, given it has taken a fair time after the meeting to get confirmation that they would rather me not share, and the proximity to the next meeting where they promised an update, I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for now. But I do recognise I need to share something soon.

Like others I have given you a like, Alex.

We all know you are trying your hardest to get some answers out of the club about the North stand.

It must be just as frustrating for you as it is for us about this continued North stand secrecy and stalling by the club.

I would say this wouldn’t I. I honestly didn’t think the club would agree to any information from the meeting being shared in public. Not yet anyway.

And I‘m not in the least bit surprised the club are using the commercial confidentiality line once again.

Is there really any commercial confidentiality in wanting to know if there is going to be a singing section, if flags and banners will be allowed, etc?

Good luck on Thursday, once again.

What’s needed are more park and rides about a mile or two from the ground in all directions. I would park there and get the bus instead of parking as close to the ground as I can without getting caught in traffic. More bus lanes around the Etihad just for match days would be good as well.

That is exactly what is needed. I can't believe City have not looked into this option.

A big announcement would be everything or most things the fans have asked for. If that happens it will be worth the wait. Anything other than that isn’t going to be a big announcement or worth the wait, regrdless of how the club spin it. On here we’d pick any announcement to bits, good and bad.
 
Coaches and buses are parking on the cycle lane opposite the CFA stadium.

The picture I took shows that and a cyclist having to use the busy dual carriageway going past the CFA instead of using the cycle lane. 1st picture.

You can just make out the cyclist infront of the white coach.

2 different home games.

Wolves.
