Anyone got a decent AI tool they can use to create this to see what it would look like… and no I don’t mean someone just copy and pasting the badge on to a picture of the new tier, ha.

Be good to see a realistic pic what it could look like.

I don't know why, as it's only a roof, but it looks great. A massive(arf!), sweeping, curve of a roof at the home end, which allows everyone else inside the Eyihad to see the full size of the 2nd tier with 12,000 City fans in it.

Does anyone the exact capacity of the current 2nd tier and the new 2nd tier combined?

Am I alone in thinking that the roof beams may need a little bit of fine tuning, altering the tension in the support cables / rods? I suppose it could be the perspective but beams 8 to 14 should be a mirror image of beams 1 to 7. On the great drone footage from @cpoverview and @ssskies beam 7 seems to be a little higher than beam 8

It might just be because the shot is at a slight angle and it’s impacting the perspective.

I was firmly against the stand being split over two levels originally . However, I take it back. It looks great. I still think safe standing should be on the lower tier though. Give it more of a terrace feel.
