Could be any time now tbh.
I wouldn’t be surprised if some were in place for the Spurs home game…but maybe they’ll hold off to judge and survey the fans on how many safe standing spaces they might need :)

It looks like extra seating as part of the Managers Bar.(stand corrected on that)
Note the highlighted steps up the left side of the metal rows. And the corner safety rails.
It would be obstructed views of the match, so it probably isn’t that.

Weren’t the sails supposed to have a ripple effect. They are just all lined up equally to my eye.
