The best restricted view I ever had was at Villa Park.

My seat was right behind a steel stanchion.

I couldn't see the Holt end at all.

All I could see was the other end of the pitch.

Loftus Rd for me, it actually stated on the ticket 'diabolical view'!

Looks like the plan at one point was for 2 screens at the south stand.

Either that or these seats are sold as The Poznan Corner!

- I obviously meant to say jumping there but sometimes the autocorrect is worth leaving untouched.

- and all based on the assumption there will actually be a partially obstructed view.

What was it 4 or so weeks it took them to install the big one, with no access from the pitch? Guess they can always add the second one any given summer.

Just stick some smaller screens hanging from above for those impacted. Got to be a cheaper option.

Particularly where they can't see the whole pitch ;)

I thought safe standing was in the middle of the tier ?

3000 safe standing seats at the back of the new tier. More safe standing seats if they sell out according the club. But that will start eating into the more expensive upper middle seats, so I'd be surprised if the club honour that statement.

I’ve posted before that I was asked to entertain a guy who worked for an sports entertainment consultants, he wanted to get a fans experience of a game and he came and sat next to me He told me that one of their recommendations was for a screen in each corner showing the live action, which they didn’t at the time The following season they stated to show it

The reason for the artificial turf is it stops the damage to the real turf as the mowers turn
