Those roof panels seem to be going slowly.
Could have sworn they were doing them on one of the videos awhile back?I wish someone at the club would power wash the two white roofs of the tram stop.
They are half green and brown now instead of white.
Surely someone at the club has seen one of the hundreds of drone vids and thought, let’s get that cleaned and done. Would literally take less than an hour.

Not their responsibility it is Metrolink that should do that.I wish someone at the club would power wash the two white roofs of the tram stop.

Just back from the Etihad, video here
Get cracking over the next few days, the weather is set fair.I assume the roofs going to be done for the first home game in 2 weeks. Can't have all that loose stuff up there with fans in the stadium. A windy day could blow something off up there and kill people.
New half time entertainment? , first to fix the roof gets a prize ;-)I assume the roofs going to be done for the first home game in 2 weeks. Can't have all that loose stuff up there with fans in the stadium. A windy day could blow something off up there and kill people.
They have made a lot of progress in a short time, but last week’s storm probably set them back a day or two, I reckon the parts that cover existing seats will be done by the Spuds game and then we have a three week break until the next home game. Those roof panels seem to be going slowly.

The panels going on quickly the trimming around the anchors and roof walk supports slow things down a bit but expect it will be completed in time for the Spuds gameI assume the roofs going to be done for the first home game in 2 weeks. I wonder if they’ve left the ends unfinished for drainage.Don’t think the cut off where the roof joins up with the CB and ES roofs (see pic) will be done for the Spurs game, meaning if it rained it could get in through the sides of the stand.

I also think they’ll have done well to get the top/main part of the roof ready for the Spurs game. Still quite a lot of unique sized holes in the end sections (can see on the pic above) which they’ve not seemed in a rush to close up.
And you just know it will piss it down. The panels going on quickly the trimming around the anchors and roof walk supports slow things down a bit but expect it will be completed in time for the Spuds game
That picture shows just how filthy the roofs of the Metrolink queuing areas are.New temp crane on site
