It might depend on whether there is a way of selling some of the seats from December / January and a phased increase in capacity. If no seats could be occupied until March then my guess is that tickets would be sold on a match by match basis to give fans a taster of what it would be like if they moved their season card etc to the expanded North Stand, the following season.

It's a bit like a massive cherry picker or a painters extension pole which is used for rolling high ceilings. The extension crane arm is retractable on the back of a lorry like the ones that were on the pitch taking the old roof down.
What are the openings at each end of the stand and are they going to be filled in with extra seating?
They will be kiosks for the half time “pie and Bovril” sales.
