Anyone figured out what the scaffolding is for? I'm sure wheelchair spaces (old or new) and a few seats can be accommodated right below the new fourth screen.

You’ve said that a few times but still don’t know what you’re referring to?

I know it has become a bit of a running joke when the mood needs lifting, but I do also mean it somewhat. Posted the top one sone time ago last time you asked, the bottom is a recent photo from the collar thread. You can see how it has shaped out, just a clumsy clash. Same happens on the City square side, and the step in height further back. Incidentally far better resolved on the equivalent junction on the office block building.
