City Square is under the glass canopy. City Hall is inside the stand.

Ha, yes! I keep on thinking it’s a glass canopy, even though we’ve discussed this before and I posted a picture of the new ETFE roof at Victoria Train Station as an example. Maybe I just want it to be a glass roof? :-)
