North stand relocation

Just done mine. Unfortunately when I registered interest I clicked seat instead of safe standing. You couldn't pick both. Had to ring up to ask if if could change & pick a safe standing. Took ages to get through, but they were really helpful once I did & let me pick a safe standing.

Went on to relocate 3 of us , gave up in the end, cant pay for all 3 , surely you could just select a seat and then carry on as normal

Ring them up. I had this issue for me and my mate and the woman I spoke to was really helpful and carried each one over to our existing direct debits.

Made up, I was being bumped to a Flexi, which meant I couldnt 'renew' until the end of the month. Managed to move to 325, similar seat to where I am now (same price any road), sat with my mate who also moved at the same time. Bit of a ball ache that we couldnt do it just the one of us for me and him and his kids but we just co-ordinated by phone doing it at the same time.

Up to 52 now, not a chance they answer before 5 now is there, they'll all be sat there watching the phone ringing saying fuck answering that

Especially when they know some twat called gazinho is in the queue trying to sort 10 out. They struggle with basics, no way someone is answering that for 10 at once ;)

I thought about moving from 315 but it means giving up my late brother’s seat which my lad took over..

So I think I’ll be staying put for sentimental reasons but the urge to move to a new part of the ground was strong ;-)

Update for anyone who's interested. Apparently I relocated 2 season tickets to rows which aren't available to move to, so it's auto-moved me to the next lot.
I selected Block 235 Row 25, but the first row you can select is Row 35 in that block apparently.
Now being told there's nothing they can do until the June relocation which I can try and move again then!

Rung up sorted, got good seats just what we wanted, been trying 3 years to get all 3 of us together, very helpful on the phone

Goes down to row 49 I think. If you hover over the seats on the planner it tells you what area they're in.

I've just done it. If you go on the website and into your account. After you click on the Season Ticket tile, the top bar will change and you need to click on Season Tickets and then Buy. Clear as mud as usual.

Also be aware that if you're looking for a certain seat number that you've already researched on the seat viewer thing - some of the seat numbers are back to front compared to the stadium map that comes up on the City website

Anyone who has relocated how’s the availability for the cheaper seats? I’m pre registered for safe standing so can’t see the seat options but would rather sit.
