Hi everyone.

Last season I got tickets in the north west corner and it was a nightmare to get to it. We used the entrance it said to on the ticket and we missed 5 mins of the game, that’s also after showing the stewards our tickets and my limited mobility card.

They had us mooch over multiple levels and eventually through the match day boxes as a short cut after I pointed out my mobility and missing kick off.

It was the only place I could get some tickets again for another match I can attend this season (managed to get three games).

Can anyone recommend which entrance to use? I seem to remember leaving via the north stand

Are you upper or lower tier?

Entrance D (tucked behind turret to right of East Stand main entrance) lift to Box Level (Lift Level 2), through the doors to the boxes and turn right. Through the door at the end, and you’ve reached your destination. That’s by far the quickest way
Amazing thanks. Just managed to book Crystal Palace same block, so got two games sat there and others in main blocks.

Looking online and from memory, they made me use entrance W, go up one level, then sent back down, then up two levels, then told to go back down one, eventually escorted through the vip and private boxes lol

Hiya mate.

I will do for what’s the best entrance. I think they just have the wrong entrance on the old ticket.

I was already registered as ambulant disabled anyway ironically on the ticket system.
Not sure Im in CB3 so not my area of stadium

Here’s the official response from Mcfc if anyone needs help finding the nwc.

You enter at W and go up to box level via the stairs/lift. When you come out of the 'lobby' turn left and it's straight to the end of the boxes and it'll bring you out under the scoreboard where the seats are.

That’s the entrance we use , can go up in the lift or if you’re able the stairs . Can be a bit of a pain getting in at times tho especially if wanting the lift and ko is near .
