Please can someone explain how Pep who won all 4 trophies available to win failed to win the manager of the year award. However a manager from Liverpool who only won 1 trophy, gets to win the manager of the year award. The same thing applied to when Pep when he was over looked by both UEFA and FIFA earlier on this year for the same award. If this does not show that there is a bias against Man City then nothing does.
