Anyone else use livescore app? It's superb at almost instant score updates but where on earth do they get their lineups from, they seem to just guess! No bony in their lineup

I think Navas is good for us in away games and gives us a lot of width and shape. Surely sticking sterling on the other side would be better balance for the team?

No idea what he sees in Bony ahead of either sterling or kalechi. Ah well, hopefully bony proves us all wrong

The teams these days just seem to be thrown together without any thought at all to shape, balance or tactics

When pep comes in at least the team will be picked on form and some sort of planning instead of just reputation

I think given how lightweight we look whenever Sterling, Navas, Silva and Aguero start together, picking Bony was the right call. What wicks me off is that if you start with Navas it means Silva has to play down the left, where he's a complete fish out of water. Should have been Sterling starting with Navas then coming off the bench

Pellegrini once again has showed that he doesn't like English footballers. Navas does fuck all and still he is ahead of Sterling in his plans.

That is complete nonsense as Navas was absolutely outstanding last week obviously it was only against Villa but you can't say he did fuck all and away from home he's probably worth a start for his graft a bit like Jimmy average before he left. I'm surprised Sterling is not starting ahead of Bony like most people will be. Hopefully Bony finally does what he should be doing and holds the ball up and brings Sergio into the game today.

I get the feeling that Bony is being given a shop window by City in the hope he impresses. Its a win win for us.

Dont take that as me being happy about him playing in front of Kelechi because I am not but I can see why right now.
It's not a win win. If we manage to fuck this up today then top four is worrying under threat still. That and every game bony plays then his value plummets.

Also playing a player for the "shop window" is the sort of thing that went out with the ark.

Benitez to Newcastle means they have a chance (albeit slight) of getting something against Leicester on Monday
