Women with handbags twice the size walk in. Plastic bags twice the size allowed in but a small kids bag with teddy’s not allowed. One steward says it’s ok 3 others say no. This club gives zero fooks about the fans.

Turnstiles didn't open on time. 15 minutes late. Bloke in front tried for about 5 minutes to get his phone to work. Eventually Bloke helping him gave up and let him through. No posh food or beers in South stand. So had half price thermonuclear balti pie, chips and pint of Amstel.

Nonsense. The club is responsible for its employees like any other business. If the employees don’t know what they’re doing then they’ve not been trained properly. Whose fault is that?
