Saw a picture earlier of those yo-yos that were about when I was a kid. The Coca-Cola, Sprite and Fanta orange ones. Proper sent me to a place I’d forgotten all about. School playground and everyone knocking fuck out of each other with them!
Good times! Haha!

Use to love Subbuteo,had loads of teams,floodlights,stands etc.
Had the pitch glued down to a huge piece of hardboard.

I think there are still 2 stalls selling tripe in Ashton market. As pensioners die off so does the sale of tripe. My dad used to eat honeycomb and my mum sister and I ate slut(seriously called that) which was more grey and uglier John Major's spitting image puppet!

It's all a load of old tripe to me; )

They use both types in some Chinese restaurants. Smothered in a very rich dark sauce, it stinks but god is it tasty!
The grey stuff does look vile though. Alien guts.
