over who mate?

In fairness, I'm talking about a fit lake and he did his knee in 1990, but he played a couple of games after that so he just about counts.

I think a fit lake in his prime would have graced this team, though.

Good shout actually. He'd get in ahead of Barry, definately. He could play full back too.

Super Kevin Horlock, none of these Johnny Come Lately's that we have now are good enough to have the word Super before their name.

Room for Kinky maybe? Mancini might have got the best out of him.

Ali B and George Weah in their primes would be knocking very hard on the door. Schmeichel in his pomp is better than Joe is at what 23/24? Joe still has room to grow and might catch up the great Dane though.

This is true ,....saw him in so many different positions in the team, very versatile. He would have been unique or a special player for the team but probably would have been snapped up by a team with big ideas of their day. Like SWP to Chelsea ,after a couple of seasons of brilliance. At least now we can hold on to our gems .Down to Economics like everything else, its the way of the world....!!!!!
