The team basically picks itself these days, The only position everyone was unsure of was Phil Foden or Omar Marmoush.

Personally I would have preferred to see Omar Marmoush starting, I'm hoping by unsung reverse psychology Phil Foden will score a couple....

fucking love this attacking side
come on city

Can see why Wirtz is priority in the summer without Kev there is no final pass in the midfield. Phil’s more of a goal scorer than a creative player.

Not sure how Foden starts ahead of Marmoush, he has been crap for most of the season, (nailed on to score now)
Marmoush has been poor last few games against Lpool and Spurs.

Foden was poor against Lpool only came on as a late sub against Spurs.

It was a toss of the coin really. Or more likely that Pep’s seen something in Forest that Foden can exploit.

No real legs in the middle there. Foden really needs to get working to cover the ground for Bernardo.

Can bring Kovacic and Marmoush off the bench, though.

Let's see. Would take a point.
Unfortunately one pirate from gilbartar is injuired but didn’t know rest don’t have legs either. How can you kick the ball without legs?
we need eddie in the middle so that he can kick with his hands

I like that front three…but Nunes at RB..just no. Can see Savinho having to track back quite a lot !!
Too easy a jube. Nunes has had some decent performances and the derby apart hasn’t been the reason we’ve lost games.

Looking forward to him moving into midfield today, a role I think he has started to get the hang of

I’m never that optimistic these days (or ever, come to think of it) but I’m as optimistic as can be having seen the line-up - on current form that’s our strongest team.

Khusanov has got to be double switched on with their forwards targeting Nunes and we need Doku and Savinho to be firing on all cylinders but otherwise, that’s a good team. Pleased to see the more “pedestrian” midfielders on the bench.

Decent side. I'd have played Kovacic and Marmoush for Bernardo and Foden who have been beyond shocking lately but happy with the rest. Exciting front 3.

Nunes has been one of our better players this season. The derby was unfortunate but it wasn't like he did it on purpose. He's currently our best option at right back, did great second half vs Spurs.
