Nah - wingers on the wrong side and full backs on the wrong side.
Think he might bring him straight back in place of Foden, then give Phil a note to read on the bench that says if you want to play on my team, never ever stop tracking back when the other team are on the breakAnyone thinking Pep will put Grealish straight back in for Doku, feels like a very Pep thing to do
I think that would be very harsh, Phil needs a run of games and I think he's been great so far this seasonThink he might bring him straight back in place of Foden, then give Phil a note to read on the bench that says if you want to play on my team, never ever stop tracking back when the other team are on the break
Grealish will come back in on the LW and Doku will move to the RW, Doku has only been on the left because Grealish has been injured which everyone seems to have completely forgotten. Phil more central.Think he might bring him straight back in place of Foden, then give Phil a note to read on the bench that says if you want to play on my team, never ever stop tracking back when the other team are on the break
I doubt it, he won't be match fit for a start plus even though he will be over the injury it's very soon to throw him straight back in, perhaps NewcastleThink he might bring him straight back in place of Foden, then give Phil a note to read on the bench that says if you want to play on my team, never ever stop tracking back when the other team are on the break
Want a win at Arsenal, that would shut up some of their tiresome fanbase. Saying that a draw would not be the worst result.Next 5 matches til Intl break are
Forest H, NUFC A (EFL), Wolves A, Leipzig A, Arsenal A.
Given our tight squad I hope we beat Forest and Wolves.
Wouldn't shed a tear going out in the cup and draw Leipzig and Arsenal.
The more the better, but this would be my prios, then win some time to be in a better place after the break, hopefully.
Just to clarify I think Phil’s been great this season as well but in the second half v Red Star they were on the attack and he just stopped running. Walker and a couple of the other defenders went mad at him and I remember thinking Pep will not like that!Grealish will come back in on the LW and Doku will move to the RW, Doku has only been on the left because Grealish has been injured which everyone seems to have completely forgotten. Doubt Jack will start on Saturday though as he won’t be match fit.
Harsh on Phil, I must have missed something there.
That was very strange to see from Foden, but it looked to me like he was just ran out of gas and realised he wasn’t getting anywhere near the Red Star player. In mitigation he had been kicked a couple of times and may still have been carrying an injury. I’m sure Pep wasn’t impressed though.Think he might bring him straight back in place of Foden, then give Phil a note to read on the bench that says if you want to play on my team, never ever stop tracking back when the other team are on the break
I clocked it and it's happened before. Dias and Walker gave him a right bollocking.Just to clarify I think Phil’s been great this season as well but in the second half v Red Star they were on the attack and he just stopped running.
