I've had trouble with the picture.

Keeps dropping out of HD into poor pixel quality then the contrast keeps jumping.

It did that last night on the app on my telly, I changed it to the prime app on virgin and the picture is flawless. Some of the best HD I’ve seen. The sound though. Just so quiet.
