Agree re Ake tbf = he really is a total team player - does what he can for the good of the team. A real selfless player it seems. Top teams have top team players - Ake is the epitome well done Nathan. Hope you stay a blue all your life

Voted Gvardiol though just because its mad seeing the evolution of a defender. He is genuinely a threat on the ball as well as being a decent defender. Pep see's this sort of quality...i.e. ability to evolve the position. 10 years time we will have big strong defenders who can pop up and turn on some magic and score or set one up. Stones was the proto type but used as a passer to recycle from sort of defensive position. Jasko second stage ie. a cb / lb who can dribble up front or pick a clever pass
