Just to be contrary (I know it's expected of me), I've gone for Alvarez. He was a constant irritant to Forest.

Yes Erling got a Hattrick but Gundo, Alvarez and Stones were just outstanding

I'm giving it to Alvarez.
Obviously Haaland is the easy choice, but Haaland scores one less and ran like a mad dog doing a bunch of work. He nearly setup KdB at the end, and didn't stop sprinting.
Haaland will get the accolades for sure, but Alvarez deserves credit.
Other than those 2, I'd say Gundogan. Pulled all the strings.
