So, let me get this straight. You sack the best manager you’ve had since Brian Clough - a man who practically rebuilt the club from the training ground up, made average players look like world-beaters, and gave the fans something to actually believe in again. And who do you bring in? A man who once managed to spend over £200 million at Spurs and somehow thought 17th place was a tactical masterclass.

It’s like firing a Michelin-star chef because you didn’t like the garnish, then hiring the bloke who burnt your toast at the local cafe. It's laughable, it really is.

Best thing that could have happened for Nuno. Really don't think he is a very good manager and I expect Forest to drop off massively with or without him this season. This way, his stock remains higher than it should be.

I think Wolves/Forest are good clubs for him. He clearly over-achieved last season and would probably have been middle of the pack this year. But, you're right, he's not a top coach but a good safety measure.

West Ham would probably be a good fit if Potters woes continue.
