Nottingham Forest Thread | 2025/26

Back in the 1980s when I started watching football one thing that stood out about Forest was that they seemed to respect other teams and the referees. Yes they had robust players like Pearce but they were a fair team.
Brian Clough will be spinning in his grave about the classless complaint they made to Pigmol - wannabe dippers!

Classless twats, come within sniffing distance of a draw then blart when they lose.

Seems like every time we get a late winner someones saying it shouldnt stand.

Worse thing is that it gets the medias backing too, look at the image showing Phil pulling at mgw.

What about showing that twat studding Phils knee instead, we are always the baddies.

Fcking lol.

Taking a leaf out of Liverpool's playbook, desperately hoping to influence how they are treated by the officials for future fixtures.
This is all it is
They know they're in a relegation fight and are trying to gain favorable decisions in future games

In fact you could blame this on Liverpool as they started this process

Am I allowed to use "blame" and "Liverpool" in the same sentence!

Dyche is a whinging tool, he sends his players out to kick lumps out of teams, and tje amount of pushing and grappling on our players when Forest had corners was a joke, not moaning about that is he

Personally I thought it was a soft free kick and definitely not a booking but you’ve only got to look at the comments on this thread to see how divided opinion is.

Yep

Dias did not attempt to go for the ball, it was one of them accidental contacts with the players who are running across each other. The referee made a rod for his own back by booking Dias earlier for next to nothing

Typically selective Forest and Dyche behaviour. They are very quiet about the studs that were raised in the assault on Phil Foden.

Then there was the yellow card that was not given to their centre forward when he waved an imaginary one at the referee after he'd run into Dias. One of several unpunished offences by their man.

They are also omitting the fact that Gibbs-White was fouling O’Reilly, having hold of him, and wrapping his leg round his. It backfired.

Cry those bitter, salty tears. The better team won.

Brian Clough would be turning in his grave.

It was one of them Dyche games when they tried to bully the better and quality team by getting into the referee's head. You could see it on the touchline with Dyche doing what he does best. He even did slide clapping and remarks towards Pep
