Notts County Away

I believe that The Casa is no more and is now a restaurant named 'The Riverside', unless I am confused with another pub.

Yeah its confirmed on the fa website, but then on the itv website its got us down for the saturday aswell, as if they haven't made a decision.

any1 no when the tickets go on sale?

According to Notts County website their tickets go on sale from today and apparently we have been allocated the whole of the Jimmy Sirrell stand. Anybody know how many tickets this equates to? £23 by the way

It happens everytime I come on other boards offering a bit of info and banter - someone brings up Hughesys private life and it all goes to pot.

I wont comment further on the matter, but will still be happy to answer any questions about us :-)

any goods pubs local to the ground

Last time i was down there was for the 3 - 2 defeat and the riot - pretty much went off everywhere near to the ground

Bringing my youngest lad (12) so would obviously like to avoid any trouble spots

There arent really any trouble areas around the ground. I like to think that as a club and fanbase we are quite welcoming and consider ourselves a family club, any days of trouble from our fans are long gone back into the 80's. I would say just that the Meadow Lane Sports Bar is home fans only and that while the Navi isnt strictly home fans, I wouldnt advise taking at 12 year old there; but there are plenty of other pubs in just a small area around the ground.

There are plenty of pubs

Yep, been said already on this thread mate. 5000 tickets give or take a couple of hundred as a Notts County fan said.

Whilst it would be amazing to get 5000 tickets for this game, I really for the life of me cannot see it happening.

Notts Countys biggest home gate this season appears to have been the 11,000 plus that watched the game against Sheffield Wednesday , and that was probably watched by a full travelling support ...... they had 10,000 against Huddersfield , and 9,000 when Southampton visited ....... other than that their home gates appear to have hovered between the 4,000 - 6,500 mark ......

i think the ground holds around 17,000 , so allowing City 5,000 tickets is probably their best way of guaranteeing a full house.
