Kia is lying... Modric and Nasri asked to move out but they didn't refuse to play. Nasri played very well for Arsenal against Liverpool and he knew that his deal with us was so close (He clearly wanted to be with us even before that game but yet he played and acted professional till the end.

Same goes for Modric who featured against us while he wanted to move out and with the transfer window still on.
