ha,you'd still get dickheads queuing up if it was same day delivery

first time I heard a supposed BLUE referring to other BLUES as "dickheads", at the same time as gloating, what a seriously sad shite you are - I assume the user name refers to either your age or your IQ
really?
you ought to get out more, see some of the mary d's and munich threads you fuckin great whopper

Used the phone for the SF but queued for over 5 hours yesterday, got my ticket at middady.

If I'd phoned yesterday the chances are that I'd have got a ticket well before noon. But I'd probably have gone mad in the process. There is something slightly re-assuring about being in a physical queue. You can see it move, you know where you are in it (number 435 in my case). You can form a reasonable judgement as to when you will be served.

When I rang for the SF ticket it only took about 45 mins but I was disconnected once for no apparent reason and had absolutely no idea when it would be my turn. I didnt dare move, in case I was put through, just sat there phone in hand. That didnt bother me too much for the SF as I knew I had several days to get a ticket. I didnt expect it to sell out yesterday but couldnt be 100% sure. I just couldnt trust the telephone system. And having the ticket in my hand is worth a hell of a lot of peace of mind, not having to rely on the efficiency of the Royal Mail.

I may have queued for a long time but at least I've retained my sanity (I think).

The point of queing for today was that it was pretty clear that today was the last day (publishing points to 3250 tier, and the update on the site last night re very limited tickets).

Given the grief the phone system has taken on here recently, the sensible option seemed to be go and queue (although it didn't feel that sensible when freezing my t1ts off at 3am last night!).

i don't,i think it's fuckin hilarious, took me 4 minutes to sort mine out over the phone

you were extremely fortunate so just be thankful for your random good luck. there's no need to gloat over your fellow blues.

I have to say I've queued on two separate occasions this week and the togetherness and friendship of fellow blues has honestly made it an enjoyabale and unforgettable experience... Yes I'd rather have been in bed but I got to meet a good set of folk sharing stories, experience and having a laugh... I went down with the phone loaded with podcasts and films and didn't get thru one.... Those in 210-230 on Monday and the first 20 in the queue this morning have my utmost respect

To all those who missed out so sorry, I would just say I remember the turnstiles being very low at the semi final and not a steward in sight so be careful not to trip and fall over one.

FA should be ashamed of themselves, they say 23,000 tickets go to the Football Family as a reward for the hard work they put in during the season. If thats the case give them tickets to an England International match, then they would at least have a team to support on the day. Watching a match not involving your team is like kissing your sister as the Yanks say.

Also, I have just read the T & C that Wembley impose on all Supporters buying Final Tickets. Pity they don't enforce this on those wankers that sell on their Club Wembley tickets to desperate fans. It states implicitly selling of tickets above face value is not allowed, so how come these fuckers on the Internet are advertising tickets at £300 upwards, what are Wembley doing about that? My mate tried to flog a Wimbledon (tennis) ticket on e-bay for face value and he recieved a letter from The Lawn Tennis Association saying he is now barred for life from applying for tickets (before you get on my case I know its a shit game anyway).
