Silva, so often overlooked in the national awards, was voted the NWFA PLayer of the Year for 2017.
City pair Foden and walsh both bagged Rising Star of the Year prizes after impressing judges and voters over the past 12 months for Club and country.
The NWFA, now in its tenth year, was launched to highlight ‘the great and the good’ of the region and covers all levels of football, coaching and community.
The ceremony was held at Old Trafford, home of Lancashire County Cricket Club earlier this evening.
For Foden, it caps off a breath-taking past few months.

Handed a senior debut against Manchester United and then Real Madrid on the Blues’ pre-season of the US and last month he inspired England Under-17s to a first World Cup success, scoring twice in the final against Spain on his way to being nominated the player of the tournament.
Defensive midfielder Keira Walsh, 20, received the Women’s Rising Star of the Year award after an impressive 12 months during which she was also voted the MCWFC Rising Star of the Season and represented England at Under-23 level.

And Assistant First Team Coach Brian Kidd was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by City skipper Vincent Kompany to round off a wonderful evening.
