Ring them and refuse to come off the call until it's 100000% sorted. Boot off too. You should get compensation as well when you combine a complaint with stress and financial loss - which you have had both.

It arrived as promised into my old account I’ve just checked and £412 pound paid on the 4th of July, thought I’d been scammed but 10 out of 10 for Ticketmaster.
