Lol...I have nt same problem back again!!

City’s website team seem to change the underlying code a lot. I’ve had to clear cache sometimes over the years to fix logging in issues/profile access.

I would suggest clearing browser cache (for all time), and try going to the website again.
If that didn’t work , try clearing cookies (just mancity.com ones if you can), and then try again again.

Yes… hence why emphasising to clear cache 1st (all time) and then the nuclear option of cookies.
But, there’s always a password reset…
