I agree. Hughes may well opt for a second string starting line-up seeing as we have the crucial 2nd leg midweek.
If he does, I don't know if it is wise or foolish. We are on a bit of a roll at the moment, and Chelsea are not as physical as some of the other thugs in the league. But don't want to pick up any injuries either as I believe Aalborg should be the main focus.

We've got the longest injury list in the Premiership, and have a tired team. I'd give serious consideration to resting key players like Robinho, and Ireland to give us the best possible chance in the Aalborg, and Sunderland games.

Im really getting cheesed off with all thes injurys.

Which I would say is a really strong team.

Which is a team good enough for the 1st division.

Ireland is NOT injured & is in the squad.
De Jong & Kompany defo out. DeJ should be back for next Sun & Kompany possibily for the UEFA cup on Thursday.

The Bellster may also be back sometime next week

Ireland is a major doubt as he was having a scan today. If it is all clear and he has no problems after finshing Thursday with a hamstring problem he might play.He is bound to be " in the squad " as he is not 100% ruled out yet but he is a major doubt.
