Considering the 12 days of Christmas run from 25 dec- 6 jan you could get caught short if you wait till the 25th dec to start planning/discussing the festive season

This. Been reflecting on 2025 with the wife this evening and it’s been a challenging one for various reasons! Tree going up this Friday , which is a week earlier than normal for that reason.

Playing them in shops for commercial reasons I get but over a month early on the radio its a big no no

That time of year when all the non-drinkers get dragged out to the office Christmas party and end up getting smashed, being a sex pest, get covered in kebab, throwing up and then falling asleep in the taxi on the way home. When I lived in Lincoln it was an absolute nightmare trying to do late night shopping in town any time between now and Christmas Eve.

Tbh that could be said of the money wasted on most things in the world, imagine if all countries stopped fighting and spent the cash on research to stop cancer and make energy free, sadly we won’t ever and eventually some mad man will press that button, it’s nit a question of if anymore but when, the rise of these oligarchs like Musk make it almost inevitable sadly, in fact if AI develops the way it’s supposed to it will probably do it, anyway on that cheery note Merry Christmas.
