he wont be signing tomorrow as he is on a family holiday....and i presume that holiday isnt in manchester which is where cooke and MH will be for the launch of the new site and the unveiling of RSC (i think)

I really hope we get eto'o but if im honest i dont think we will......I think he will sort out his differences with barca once he has talked to the coach (who he gets on with)......its the chairmen he is pissed off with........his agent has said he is happy at barca and that he hasnt asked for a wage increase so if they have offered him a two year extension on the same terms then he will stay (in my opinion) as he likes it there as well

to be honest ive tried trawling through this thread and got lost in the multi quoting etc and all the different opinions...plus ive been reading various articles.....and from them i got the opinion above........so sorry if i missed something but the articles i read said he was happy at barca, didnt want more money, had friends there and that barca had offered him a two year deal just before midnight the other night (basically last minute).........the barca president is saying the manager doesnt want him but neither eto nor his agent have spoke to the manger and want to do so before anything is decided (and eto has a good relationship with the manager)

how do you know he has burnt his bridges and the differences wont be resolved????

Nobody really knows what is going on. It's cat and mouse. We will just have to stay on this wild ride.

I agree, everything I read makes me more convinced. You have to read between the lines, but his agent is doing everything h can to get as much money out of both clubs. He's manufactured the perfect deal, which is also confirmed by SM321, he's coming to City I'm convinced.

OMG he gos on to say if they find out barca dont want him he would move... have barca only offered him a new 2-year-deal so he doesnt go for free next year????
