Eto'o has agreed to come to city.
Just waiting on barcelona to agree to pay him some of the fee. legal stuff
should be sorted out within 5-10 days.

Where do you get 5-10 days from? It could drag on until the end of the transfer window if neither side decides to budge, with no guaruntee he'll come here in the end.
