Ignore them mate, they love a good conspiracy mate.

Anymore news for us mate?

Not at the moment mate , but I will keep you informed mate.

This is completely non transfer related but I'm curious to know how spurs fans are reacting to 'Arry's constant whineing in the press about City blowing him out the water... if I were in their shoes I would find it all a bit embarressing.

Not me mate, he just says it how it is, a top top manager imho, who will take us close to the top 4 along with City.

*1,000th post* fair play to me ha

Did you hear anything else on Tevez if he will be signing tomorrow, spursmad?

Congrats on the 1000 post mate, I haven't heard anything on the Tevez announcement, but it must be imminent.

I don't disagree he has a good record, and he got you guys out of a pretty deep hole last season, but if I were a spurs fan I would prefer he focused on building his team than wasting time moaning to the press every time he didn't get his own way.

Take RSC for instance, the player was desperate to hook up with Hughes ever since he left Blackburn last season so spurs never had a chance, money didn't come into it.

And as for Barry Aston Villa apparently offered him £80k a week to stay so whay would he take a £40k pay cut to join Spurs? It makes no sense...

Cambridgeblue you wrote it for me. Spursmad you've got to agree there mate

Re: Samuel Eto'o [merged]

i've got a horrible feeling that this is going to go tits up, i can see the scum going in for Eto as he is just what they need at the moment and it would piss us off the way we have with Tevez.

i could not see this before due to the wage structure, however if it's true that Eto would go there for a lower wage to get CL football then i think we might be fcuked.

if he does go for less money then it shows that all the haggling over 12 million signing on fee was bolloxs just to string it out allowing other clubs in.

i really, really hope that i'm wrong but i'm just getting a bad feeling about this.

If you want my honesty opinion I don't think Harry ever saw them as his true targets and he is just creating a smoke screen for is real targets.

RSC was always going to end up at City and Barry was always going to end up at the bindippers, until I told you guys otherwise.

Lescott is def gonna happen now, Everton have agreed to sell him, just a matter of the fee.

Tevez paperwork now nearly complete and should be announced very early this week.

United WON'T be going for Eto'o, he could very possibly be on the plane for South Afreeeka week tomorrow.
stop worrying

I guess that makes sense, I thought that Harry was a bit too clued up to think that he ever had a realistic chance of getting them...

Any rumours on who you might get... there was talk a while back of Spurs going for a few Real Madrid players who've been pushed down the pecking order.
