Well done lads .

A very strange match today from Evertons point of view .

Moyes got it wrong on all counts , and needs to get his head out of the FA clouds .
He even subbed Fellaini , who at the time was probably our biggest threat .

Thought we had a good shout for a pen to be honest , but the ref wasn't giving us much today .
Our defence was dire , and Jags getting injured is a huge concern .

Hopefully you put the 3 points to good use now and get into a Uefa place .

With Villa drawing , we still have a good chance of 5th , but Fulham are waiting if we mess up .

All the best .
Good Luck for the FA Cup. We played you at the right time. We've been playing two games a week since July and I wonder where we'd have been if we had 1 game a week to focus on

yes please win the cup. please.please

Fulhams run in is tough and provided we win our two home games and grab a point against Spurs we should finish ahead of Fulham.

I am not expecting that to happen of course but I think Fulham will struggle to get points from their remaining four games.

Team talk: Ask the team why they can't perform like that every week!

This was the away performance we've been expecting out of these players every week, but have seen only a handful of times this season.

A fine display of counterattacking football that, frankly, could've (and should've) resulted in a larger margin of victory. Nearly all the chances in this one were City's.

I would say this makes up for that awful dump of three points at home to Fulham, but that result also gave one of City's chief Europa League competitors a gift of three points...

My prediction of 4-0 wasnt exactly true :|.

Everton were pretty terrible today, not taking anything away from Citys performance like - but we were. The second goal conceded was absolutely abysmal defending, 3 players all on one player - not one going in for a tackle terrible.

Just to mention - Given surely should have been sent off? He raised his hands to an Everton player.

Just got back from town, getting regular updates. Excellent result and it was a must win and we done it in style by the sounds of it. I think the combination of Robbie, Ireland and Elano will be lethal next season. Hopefully it will ive the team confidence for the rest of the season.

a dog with a mallet up his arse would have went for a comfortable everton win, what with us being shite away from home all seasonhh

I am taking all the praise for our win today.

I was the one who brought Cahill, Lescott and Phillipa Neville into my fantasy league team only yesterday

I am also happy to announce Robinho was dropped from my team before last weeks game against West Brom. Guess what, he has scored 2 goals since me getting rid.

Its a conspiracy I tell ye

I was in their main stand (got a comp ticket) surrounded by some of the angriest felllas I ever heard, I'm deaf on my left side from one lad who hurled abuse at Robinho every time he came into play.

take a bow everyone who posted on this thread it had everything from passion to farce great entertainment . In short it was like being back in the kippax .rags 2-0 down they really must hate us

Will not argue the point of Given being sent off if you do the same about Cahill not being sent off - both for raised hands.

Alan Shearer appeared to me in a dream and told me we won with Robinho and Dunne the scorers. He even told me that Dunne's goal was 'a right footed classic'.

Shearer was almost right.

2 goals and we won with Robinho getting one of them.

great performance today, players, Hughes all first rate and what about the dead home crowd, It's many years since I was there, is it always that bad? I was talking with an Everton fan who thought they were robbed(pretty funny in Liverpool!)and we should have had 4 players sent off!!!!

only just got back from the game but telll me about sending offs we were 2-0 up and everything was heated and we were in danger of throwing the game away in perfect city style but everybody played briliant today work rate was spot on. also people are worried about fulham gettin the cup what about west ham and spurs? i think spurs could get it even though they lost today. brilliant city hopefully keep it up till the end of the season and get that uefa cup spot
also loving the berti chants guys we started a few off made me laugh =]

Jags is out for the rest of the season :o(
Real shame that, from afar he seemed to be having a great season.

Yep , he's been our best player in the eyes of many all season .
If we had to sell Jags or Lescott , it would probably be bye bye Lescott .
Gutted for the lad .
