Official Manchester City Vs. Aston Villa thread.

Just watched a re-run of the game on Showtime Arabia...much more enjoyable without the nail biting whenever crosses came over. I disagree with the poster who said that Elano didn't track back. Yes he did on several occasions. We certainly missed De Jong in the second half. Hughes was brave to bring on Bojinov for Elano when another defender might have been more expected, so credit for taking the risk. We can partly thank Nedum for our second goal. He knocked out that Villa defender, who was subbed by Gardiner who was woeful in his attempt to stop SWP scoring. There is an example of a substitution going badly wrong. Dunne was magnificent throughout but Nedum too played extremely well.

on that note Nedum must have a hard skull to have sparked yer man. It was yer man who had all the forward momentum and caught nedum on the side of the head with the hardest part of his, yet he got damaged. I couldn't figure it out
