I was gonna mate but you looked a bit wasted and wasn't sure if you'd wanna be mythered about bluemoon rising or City whilst you were out with your mates. Saw you in Revolution beforehand as well and could tell you'd already had a few - let's just say that a more apt nickname for the face might have been 'offhisface' ;-).
Thought the gig was good. First time I've been to a gig there and yea it's a quality venue. Went in the crowd at the beginning but was with my mrs so couldn't be arsed getting covered in beer an that so just got a few drinks and chilled at the back. Was a top night. Only problem was I missed my favourite song bring the light cos I'd gone for a beer, but at least they played 'world outside my room'. I vaguely remember a load of Stone Roses and the like being played towards the end in Revs, I'd asked for the chemical brothers but the DJ wasn't having it.
out of interest lads what do you think of the rev bar?

Well, WTSMG? was released in 1995 and, 20 years ago, it was 1991. Oasis had barely even formed so I'm pleased to see their predictability allowed cynics like me to poke holes in their image before the record had been made! I think this is now the second time I've been told that criticism isn't allowed on this thread and I'm gobsmacked that it remains because it goes against the very ethos of an internet forum. We all have an opinion, don't we? Ha ha... I can picture Nobhead #1 and Nobhead #2 from Bridlington or Carlisle swaggering around the Northern Quarter trying to find the street that this sleeve was used for!
p.s. Definitely Maybe is one of my Top 10 albums of all time. I just don't like anything they've done since.
