From the bits of the programme I heard Cundy wasn't being too bad. He was saying that as a Chelsea fan he knows what it's like to be in the position that City are in now, and admitted that Chelsea's success is purely down to the money. He wasn't slagging City off and wasn't being bitter because as a Chelsea fan he knows thay have been lucky to be in the position that they have been for the last few years. Irani was being less anti-City than usual, and overall I get the impression that the station has become far more amenable to the prospect of City becoming a success than they used to. Whether this is a deliberate policy I don't know.
