We will have fans who can't point to Eastlands on a map apparently. Some real bait shit.
Even a mild mannered clown like me feels like phoning up, even after what I posted above.
Jumping on the bandwagon!!! Started going in 64, went to 18 away games when in Div 2 and all the home games, I guess I must be just a glory hunter.
Again! Don't rise to it, we know how and who we are. Loads of fans ringing in and sending texts now.......Noooooooo!

I hope we have all kept our Div 2 Playoff final ticket stubs!! never leave home without it boys it can be like a city identity card?

Please don't don't rise to the Mike Parry taunt currently on Talksport.

Having met Parry both socially and through work I can assure you that he has always disliked City, he has said as much to me. There's no reason for it it's just one of those things, a bit like me not liking Birmingham City, they've never done anything to upset me I just don't like them - I bet we all have teams that for no apparent reason we don't like?

It's been a few years since I spoke to Parry but I can only imagine that our recent good fortune is sticking in his craw like nothing on earth particularly as his beloved Everton are in a position where they will soon be sending begging letters to church mice and asking for handouts from Big Issue salesmen.

Parry was an average journo that went onto run the PR for the ill-fated Premier League Hall of Fame at County Hall in London - ever heard of it? No probably not which shows you just how good he was at his job.

Oh and he smells a bit too. (childish but true)

True, i remember a few years back griping about our "free stadium" and our entry into the uefa cup via the fair play.

Blimey, that Mick Dennis is a two faced twat aint he, he was like a closet blue yesterday, now sayin Robinho's past it, bringin up the Kakky saga, what a prick

The gist of the discussion does need addressing but the childishness of Parry and the slippery underhanded anti-compliments of Dennis prevent this.
It will innevitably be different watching, supporting, discussing, and defending our beloved club in future. Other supporters and the media will delight in slagging us off and making accusations against our loyalty and of us being arrogant. it would be nice to think we can counter this by confusing our detractors and not conforming to their expectations. Let`s go out of our way to play down the "we`re so rich its unbelievable attitude," let`s continue to take a stand against diving and bad tackles by our own player if it arises, let's continue to appliaud the skills of the opposition if it is deserved - ala Merson - Let`s not become complacent about winning (should it happen) and in short lets continue to be the best fans in sport.

get ready for some slagging off again, laughing cause we bought adebayor, and mickey quinn laughing cause we got beat yesterday, wish that tosser would get off the radio

Cundy's been slagging us off all week....he's obviously shitting himself that we'll come and spoil their little private party.

Cundy is still smarting from the very public verbal bitch slap he received from Jack Bannister last week, what an embarrassment that was; the contempt in which this fool is held by his colleagues tells you all you need to know about the value of his opinion.

As for Quinn, why bother about the bilious outpourings of a man that lost his training licence for allowing horses in his care to starve to death despite his very loud public pronouncements about his love for the racing game? A hypocrite of the first order.

It really fucking annoys me, being from down south myself I am obviously going to get a couple of glory boy digs but I still manage to go to at least 10 games a season. I have supported Man city ever since I watched them play under keegan in the championship (i was about 5 or 6 then) I was amazed at how attacking city were and just fell in love with them there and then. I am the only city fan in the family I put them before anything, even my Gf and she gets pissed off but she just doesnt understand city is my passion, So I just wish those twats would kindly fuck off my radio. *changed channel to 5 live*

Quinn is tyical of most scousers that can see their worst nightmare approaching - 3 teams with more resources - and two of them are from manchester !!!

I sent an email to Talksport this morning which was read out - calling the scousers bitter - and asking Quinn to name 4 strikers that have scored more goals than Adebayor in the past 2 seasons !!
