Can someone tell me why petrov is taking everything?

We`ve actually scored a few from set-peices this season for a change !

Plus he keeps coming deep, not seen him beat a man yet !
 
Zab off....move Kompany central defence....Richards to the right....Ireland on for De Jong...we gotta go for this!!
 
Awful defending, Zabaletta beat to the header, Richards beat in the box Givens makes a half save and Bridge beat to the rebound by a player who came from behind. One of them players as just got to do his job right and it wouldn't have happened.

Not good enough. Real problems at the back this season.

Hopefully it will be a kick up the arse for a better second half performance.
 
The fact is we were slowly turning th screw with patient build up but true to form at exactly the wrong fookin time we turn off - nothing has changed!
 
apart from shaun we have no creativity going on bring ireland on petrov and kompany for richards

How was it Given's fault? It was a pacy cross shot and he could only palm it away.
 
Had all the possession but created next to nothing. Poor defending for the goal.

We miss Toure's ability to bring the ball out from defence. Changes needed for 2nd half. Personally would bring on Ireland for Petrov and go 4-3-3. Would also be tempted to bring on Kompany (if fully fit) for Richards.
 
Good performance overall. City clearly the better team. SWP has been fantastic. Ade been playing well. Several great crosses in from set plays by Petrov, only bad luck prevented us from scoring. Go City!

Ade has been crap so far.
